The digital transformation of economy and society is a promising and challenging development that gives - especially in the field of Connected Mobility - rise to many questions regarding the evolution of the legal framework in this area. Panelists will discuss business models and industry experience in the field of connected mobility and of the role new entrants will play.

Panel 1: George Ivanov (Manager of Public Policy Development, 滴滴) und weitere Panelisten diskutieren Business Models und neue Marktteilnehmer.

Panel 2: Sabine Krabichler, Bernd Ctortecka (beide Cyber Valley), Stefan Richter (Hoyng Rokh Monegier LLP) und Herbert Zech (University Basel) diskutieren rechtliche Fragen zu IP-Transaktionen, R&D-Kooperationen und Technologietransfer.

Panel 3: Joachim Feldges (Allen & Overy LLP), Paul Salazar (Siemens) und Claudia Tapia (Ericsson) diskutieren ADR-Möglichkeiten im Bereich Connected Mobility und den Einsatz neuer Technologien fuer Streitbeilegung.
